Digital Product Terms

These terms apply to the purchase and use of Payday Compass digital products (such as the Payday Compass AU Premium Fortnightly Budget Planner). They apply alongside our Website Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Licence for personal use

When you buy a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your personal or household use. You may make copies for your own backup and use across your own devices.

What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
  • Share the files publicly, including on file-sharing sites or marketplaces.
  • Remove branding or claim the workbook as your own work.
  • Use the files to provide a paid service to others without separate permission.

Delivery

Products are delivered as digital downloads. After a confirmed payment, you receive a download link by email and/or on-screen. If you do not receive your files, see our Support page.

Compatibility

It is your responsibility to confirm you have compatible software before purchase. The Payday Compass workbook runs in Microsoft Excel 2016 or later (including Microsoft 365) or Google Sheets, on desktop or tablet. Full compatibility information is on the product page.

No bank connection

Payday Compass products do not connect to banks, import transactions or retrieve live balances. You enter your own figures. We do not store your budget data.

Not financial advice

The workbook is an organisational tool, not personal financial advice. It does not recommend specific products or strategies and does not guarantee any financial outcome.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Statutory guarantees are not excluded.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required. We may change prices over time; a change does not affect orders already placed.
